Same Day Charter to College Football Championship Game - Tampa - Jan 9th - $700pp

Well BAMA fans it looks like we'll be going to Tampa on January 9th to to compete for our 17th National Championship Title if we win over the Washington Huskies on December 31st. Since over 150 of you have already pre-registered for our same day charter trip to Tampa, ASG is looking into adding a second plane. However, we will need at least another 110 people to pre-register to make this happen.

The cost will be $700pp and includes roundtrip airfare, ground transfers and stadium parking.  A game ticket is NOT included. We are currently planning on leaving from the Birmingham International Airport around 2pm and returning immediately following the game/trophy presentation.  Flight time is roughly 1.5 hours and the drive time to the stadium should be less than 30 minutes since the airport and stadium are approximately 6 miles apart.

Because we cannot accept payment until DOT approval is received, we are only accepting verbal/written reservations at this time.   Once approval is received, folks pre-registered will be notified via email that on-line registration is open and be given priority preference to CONFIRM THEIR RESERVATION BY MAKING PAYMENT.   All reservations must be paid in full to guarantee your seat(s). If Alabama does not win their playoff game with Washington, all money will be refunded at 100%.  However, if Alabama wins and you decide to cancel your reservation before January 3rd, you will have to pay a $100 cancellation fee per person.  If you cancel after the 3rd, it will be non-refundable unless your seat can be filled with another reservation.

ALABAMA 52 - USC 6

September 3, 2016 - Aviation Services Group Inc. teamed up once again with Xtra Airways and Echo Transportation to transport 130 Alabama faithful to AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas for the season opener with USC. Fans were able to travel in style to and from Dallas on the same day to watch the Crimson Tide roll all over the Trojans 52 to 6.  They didn't have to worry about taking extra time off from work, driving over 9 hours each way, booking a hotel room or finding a place to park. All they had to do was show up at the airport in Birmingham and get back on the bus in Dallas. ASG took care of the rest.

ALABAMA 45 - CLEMSON 40

Even though we had the shortest amount of turnaround time to get everything organized, this was our most successful trip ever.

AUBURN 22 - OREGAN 19 January 9, 2011 - This was our first experience with public charter and it was a huge success! Even though "Mother Nature" tried to keep Auburn fans away from seeing their beloved team win their second National Championship title, ASG with the help of Xtra Airways prevailed. We were the first plane to leave Birmingham once the airport cleared the runways from the surprise snow storm and we were the first to land in Phoenix. Charter buses met the plane on the ramp and took everyone directly to the stadium. Fans still had plenty of time to buy souvenirs and find their seats before kick-off.  After a very long day and night, Auburn fans returned to Birmingham victorious over the Oregan Ducks 22 to 19.
